Where the spirit comes alive through creative expression

 
 

Unroll your yoga mat, grab a paint brush, open up your mind and allow your innate creativity to come alive.

Through moving meditation and exploring personal expression, children ages 4-12 will expand their awareness of themselves and the world around them.

Instructors, Yarrow Ries & Brenda Gregory, are both Level II certified in Pinellas county. They have been teaching art, creating art and practicing yoga for many years.
